14-Day Return Policy for Damaged Goods

At WRD.MOTORSPORT, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we are here to assist you.

  1. Eligibility for Return:

    • Items are eligible for return if they arrive damaged, defective, or otherwise not in the condition described at the time of purchase.
    • Requests for return must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
  2. Return Process:

    • Notify our customer service team by email or phone within 14 days of receiving the damaged product. Please provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the item and packaging (if applicable).
    • Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return or replacement process.
  3. Options for Resolution:

    • Upon approval of your return request, we will offer one of the following:
      • Replacement of the damaged item.
      • Full refund (if applicable).
    • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  4. Return Shipping:

    • In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the damaged item.
    • If a prepaid label is unavailable, return shipping costs will be reimbursed after review.
  5. Exclusions:

    • Items that are not reported as damaged within the 14-day window.
    • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.
